Terms & Conditions for Newsletter & Lead Magnet Setup

By purchasing the Newsletter & Lead Magnet Setup service (“Service”) provided by Techy Witch LLC, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description
For a one-time payment of $700, Techy Witch LLC will provide the following:

Newsletter setup in MailerLite (or your preferred email marketing platform).
Integration of lead magnet delivery.
Automation setup for email delivery and subscriber workflows.
Templates for a welcome sequence and lead magnet delivery sequence.
The following are not included:

Copywriting for emails or lead magnet.
Lead magnet design.
The Client may choose to purchase an add-on service for lead magnet strategy and creation at an additional cost on the checkout confirmation page.

2. Payment Terms
Payment for the Service is due in full at the time of purchase.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is made.
Any additional services (such as lead magnet strategy or design) are subject to separate pricing and will be invoiced accordingly.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide all necessary access and information to facilitate the Service, including access to their email marketing platform, lead magnet files, and any other tools or platforms needed.
Any delays caused by the Client's failure to provide requested information or access may affect the completion timeline of the Service.
4. Timeline
Upon purchase and successful payment, Techy Witch LLC will reach out within 2 business days to schedule the initial consultation. The Service will be completed within 10 business days after all required information and access are provided by the Client.

5. Revisions
The Service includes up to 1 round of revisions on the email setup and automations. Additional revisions will be charged at the current hourly rate.
Revisions do not include new feature requests or changes beyond the scope of the original Service description.
6. Termination
Techy Witch LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Client violates any of these terms, fails to provide required information, or engages in conduct that disrupts the completion of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property
All templates and materials provided to the Client as part of this Service are for the Client’s use only and cannot be resold or distributed without prior written consent from Techy Witch LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability
Techy Witch LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services (e.g., MailerLite, ThriveCart, or other platforms). The Client is responsible for maintaining their platform accounts and ensuring proper functioning of third-party integrations.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation before pursuing legal action.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, USA.
